28 week scan, what was your estimated infant weights

Hi all,
For those of you who have had your 28 calendar week scans, what was your estimated baby weights.
And for those of you who take given nascence already, what was your 28 week weights vs nascency weights?

I was told my little boy was 2.7 haven't had him withal tho but feel massive so prob gonna be a massive infant haha
At 28+v weeks she was 2lb 1oz, at 31+four she was 4lb 2oz. I'm having scans every four weeks so tin can update at my adjacent at the finish of the month!
My twins were both estimated every bit 2lb 9oz at 28 weeks.
28 weeks - 2lb 14oz
32 weeks - 4lb 10oz
Got my 36 week one in i.5 weeks so reckon if she's following her curve she'll be simply under 6lb
@Andersonx3 delight practise. I had mine last week and she was estimated at 2lb 15oz. I'one thousand also having scans every 4 weeks merely considering of loads of faults alarms in early pregnancy. Im thinking at least at my 36 week scan I will get a skillful approximate for her delivery ishhh. I'thousand only 5'ii and and so is all the women in my family. Not of them have given nascence to a baby bigger than 6lb 3 oz. I'm simply preying that in the 11 weeks left she doesn't go to big haha 30
I tin can't observe my 28 week one just at 31 weeks she was estimated at 3lb.
She was born at 37 weeks induced due to small infant and she weighed 5lb 3oz
I got told at my 20 weeks browse that we wouldn't get another one unless at that place were concerns?
Is that normal? Are your 28 week scans routine?x
No it's not routine information technology tin be for a few reasons mainly growth concerns.
25 calendar week browse the twins were 1lb 14 oz, got 27 week scan Tuesday then will update then. No idea how quick they grow at this bespeak
Only nether 3lb and then estimated 6lb 13 at 36 weeks. I almost brutal off the couch as my eldest son was 6lb ten born at 41 weeks! (This was when I likewise guessed no ii was a boy as I thought a girl bigger than a male child would be quite unusual!)
He was estimated to exist 8 - 8.5 lb at birth but was 7 lb 7 oz born 4 days before EDD
@Pinkflower23 hopefully she'll not get too large simply I'm sure you'll do great fifty-fifty if she's a whopper! My mum is alpine and slim, I'chiliad short and chubby, but I've had so many comments saying my bump isn't that big so hopefully if I'thousand carrying like my mum so I'll have 2x 6lb's like she did!
2.11 at 28 weeks which seems massive to me.
I was built-in v.i at 37 so I was hoping for six.7 at term with my baby.
Will update after 32 week scan
28+three she measured 2.9lbs... we went privately 2 days later and doctor estimated her to whooping three.iii. Was told that she'south large and will be a large baby only was explained that this is most likely considering her father was a huge baby (9.9 at birth) too equally all other parameters are normal.
If it is whatsoever comfort - my MIL is 5.2 and super-slim and she gave birth to both my husband (9.9lb at birth) and his even bigger brother (10.8lbs at birth) without an upshot. No diabetes or annihilation - babies were only large.
I can't remember what she was at 28 weeks, but at 31+0 she was 3lb 13oz and at 34+0 she was 5lb 8oz.
Currently 34+6 and having another one at 37+0.
I have merely had my 28 week appointment and the estimated weight is ii.4lbs. Is that really pocket-size?? He's moving every 2-iii hours and fundal height 27cm. I feel like I need a browse to be reassured merely my hospital doesn't offering whatever more on NHS 
I take no faith in scans , I had one at 36 weeks equally they idea he was small , told me he was 4lb , born four weeks afterward at 10lb nine oz!
Scan today, 26+five and twin2 is measuring 2lb 6 (Twin 1 is naughty and wouldnt accept his tummy measured but they were matching weights two weeks ago)
@Aneley my MIL did similar, she's 5ft nothing and both were bang-up weight babies
@aliensprig if they were worried they'd refer you for a growth browse, i'm sure baby is fine
@itsaldramarama i know they tin be out just that is crazy!
6lb seems very calorie-free to me. I thought most babies were bigger than that now. I'thou not large, size 8-ten and depression BMI. I had growth scans all through pregnancy as I always had a minor crash-land. All my babies accept been over 9lb birth weight though.
@PutBabyInTheCorner all babies are different 🤷🏻♀️ both mine have been 7lb something completely fine and normal. Some people
Simply have smaller babies
@aliensprig my little one was 2.1 at 28 weeks and 4.2 at 32, measuring perfectly in the centre of everything so I wouldn't worry! I take a 36 week scan in a few weeks so I'll update 🙂

Yes I agree. I was only 7lb birth weight. Just noticed OP said babies in her family usually around 6lb and she hopes hers doesn't become too big. I but thought that seemed light and giving nascence to bigger babies is fine.

hope your adjacent scan goes well! Wish I was closer to the finish line, the worry is doing my caput in!
36 week scan predicted 9llb 10oz babe! Was terrified. Prediction was incorrect by 2llb! Phew!
Another 36 week browse predicted, over 10llb, again incorrect, and some other was well under, as scarey.
How do they get this and so wrong. I gave up over-thinking it afterward having wasted and so much time and free energy worrying about their inaccurate predictions.
